CELEBRATING PROUD AND OUT LOUD

We caught LGBTQ+ Pride at L’Oreal and elevated community voices, leaders and allies

With the first year of NYC’s Pride Parade returning in person, L'Oreal wanted to go big with an “out loud” theme. The goal was to celebrate the fifth year anniversary of the LGBTQIA+ Think Tank at L'Oreal. We crafted a story to ground the spot in lived experiences and to uplift the voices of LGBTQ+ employees and their allies.

We gave the spotlight to five L'Oreal employees who shared their experience and how they bring their true selves to life out loud. With L'Oreal’s support, we led the narrative, key messaging, and storytelling with on the ground footage of the Pride Parade in NYC June, 2022. We were on the street with a full videography and photography crew to capture the festivities in action.

We’ve been creating great content and telling powerful stories for L’Oreal since 2017. Our expertise in corporate communications has powered their great people and purpose. And with pride, we produced a multimedia experience that celebrated the values that L'Oreal was proud to share.
